One sports holiday follows another. After the successful World Veteran Championships, which ended this Friday in Košice, the attention of the Orienteering world (especially the cycling world) is moving to Jičín. Already on Sunday, the world's best will take the start to test their strength in the first discipline - the sprint. The Slovak representation is already at the venue of the event, where they will complete the model training for the sprint on Saturday.
At the start we will have 3 representatives in the men's elite - Matej Müller, Ján Andrej Čully and Štefan Šurgan. Matej and Šurgy will compete in all individual disciplines (sprint, middle, long and mass start), Andi will take part in only 3 individual disciplines (sprint, middle and long) due to family circumstances. For this reason, we will not be represented at the relay race either.
