Competition centre:	Ružiná, dam apr. 10 km from Lučenec, near to southern border of Slovakia. Area of STAVOUNIA Lučenec (former SLOVEKO Banská Bystrica), approaching from Lovinobaňa. Finish of all three stages.
Event programme:	26. 8. 1999 (Thursday) - arrival of participants, training, registration from 10,00 a.m. 27. 8. 1999 (Friday) - day 1 - start 11, 00, opening ceremony 28. 8. 1999 (Saturday) - day 2 - start 10,00 29. 8. 1999 (Sunday) - day 3 - start 9, 30, departure
Classes:	M,W 10N, 12 A,B, 14 A,B, 16 A,B, 18 A,B, 20 A,B, 21 E,A,B, 35 A,B, 40 A,B, 45 A,B, 50, 55, 60, 65, K3. Classes M,W 10N will have special group for accompanied (10NR) children. In the case of low number of entries, categories may be cancelled and participants moved to other most suitable category.
Embargoed areas:	All forests surrounding Ružiná lake.
Competition terrain:	Moderate hills with dominating very good runability. Dominate oak and beak forests. In some parts small vegetation may limit the speed of runners. Highly developed network of communications. In some parts fine details.
Deadlines for entry:	Entries shall reach the address of local organiser not later than 20. 6. 1999. Late entries will be charged additional 50 % starting fee. Limited possibility of entries at registration.
Entry fees:	M,W 10-14: 10 DM/person M,W 16-18, K3: 15 DM/person other classes: 25 DM/person All participants from CEE countries are eligible for 50 % discount.
Payment:	In cash at registration (in SKK, DEM or other convertible currency according valid exchange rate).
Accommodation:	Limited capacity directly in finish place (bungallows or rooms in hostel) - 10 DM/night. Student hostels in Lučenec 5-8 DM/night. Camping in finish area - limited capacity 3 DM/night. There is also public camping in Ružiná available - no reservations. On floor accommodation in Lučenec - 2 DM/night. The accommodation will be reserved at first come first serve basis.
Catering:	Can be provided by organiser in finish area in organised way. Average price for basic meal 5 DM. Please, specify details in your entry, if you are willing to organise catering by organiser. Refreshment and catering capacities available in Ružiná.
Transportation:	Transportation will not be provided by organiser. There is a possibility of public transport from Lueenec to Ružiná. Finish of all three races is in the same place in Ružiná.
Competition maps:	Surveyed in spring 1999, OCAD, IOF standard. Scale 1:15000, contour interval 5 m. Not waterproof.
Expected winning time:	All three days middle distance (up to 60 min. in ME). Last stage - chasing start.
Starting cards:	Classic system with punching, cards not waterproof.
